Two Bedrooms, Two full bathrooms newly refurbished, high end sleeper sofa for your extra guests. High Speed Wifi with office center, Chef's kitchen with large island, chiseled edge granite, wolf range top, and 6 foot wide built in refrigerator/freezer for entertaining. Outside covered sitting area with wifi flat screen and river views. Water hose and power at dock for easy vessel wash-down. Matching white hotel quality linens and pillows, towels, and bed covers. *Use of kayaks, dock, firepit and all recreational activities are at users' own risk as this is a natural landscape as are all river homes and use of door code to enter property is acknowledgement of such.

Great stay!

Beautiful place, convenient location, easy water access with kayaks onsite, fire pit stocked with firewood, and great communication from hosts!We saw tons of manatees, were able to kayak to restaurants and all the nearby springs, located in the middle of multiple parks and beaches, and hiking/biking trail right down the road. We will certainly book again!

Awesome get away

We simply loved our stay at this location. Easy access to the manatees and fantastic to go kayaking and staying right on the water. Owners take pride in their property and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Cool property, great outdoor area including floating dock. Turtles, mullet and manatees off the dock! We all enjoyed our stay. Only plus would be if there were beach chairs to use at King’s Bay beach

Awesome getaway and experience

Everything about our stay and the property was perfect. The property is as nice or even better than advertised. Having direct access to the water and kayaks was very convenient and allowed us to avoid the cost of renting kayaks elsewhere. The restaurants in the area are very close and convenient. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Property!

We stayed with my parents for three nights. The property is fantastic and the back yard, outdoor space, kayaks, fire pit, grill and dock make this an ideal place to land every day after exploring the area. Everything is so close and we couldn’t believe how easy it was to access all of the top areas. Communication with the owners was easy. What a spot! Would go back again and again!

Would live here if I could!

What a wonderful stay! Family trip with our 2 boys, 11 and 8, along with my parents, 73 and 72. Even though we had 2 straight days of rain, we enjoyed getting our wet suits on, fishing off the dock and paddling out to the bay. Manatees, manatees everywhere! Even saw some bald eagles! House has everything you need...beds so comfy! Outdoor shower which does have hot water was great! Would definietely stay again!

Crystal River Doesn’t Disappoint

Short stay to celebrate our anniversary and to swim with manatee. A Stones Throw was the perfect location, everything we needed was within 5 minutes of the house. The house was perfect, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, perfect inside and out. The kayaks were a bonus and saved $$ not having to rent. We kayaked to three sisters springs. The dock and outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I would definitely stay again if available when we return to the area.

Beautiful Home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home. The house was immaculately cleaned and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Manatees and other wildlife were present near the dock everyday. Tailor and Deb were great host and I immediately understood why they are Superhosts! I will most definitely book this home again and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a comfortable house with easy access to restaurants and the springs!

Great location, cute property!

Great house for our family scalloping trip! We've stayed in the area at a local resort, as well as camped in our RV, but this was a great way to stay! Loved the open and responsive communication with Tailor. The kids loved kayaking right there off the dock, and it was a perfect set up to bring our boat and tie up overnight for easy access to the water. Also, it sounds silly, but I LOVED the fact that they had a ton of towels! We did laundry while there, but we didn't had to. The house offered a ton of fluffy, white towels for the crew :) We'll definitely be back.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful home, right on the waterway! Perfect location, close to everything. House is clean, comfortable, lots of room, and has lots of great extras! The waterfront side of the house offers a beautiful view, and the included kayaks that you can launch right from the yard was fantastic! Wonderful dock with great seating for your morning coffee! Outdoor seating, fire pit, and TV was an added plus. The Host gives plenty of great information and ensures a great stay with all the extras, much appreciated!!!
