Make lasting memories at our unique, family-friendly home! The elevated design & cozy vibe makes for a relaxing vacation! Enjoy relaxing by the pool side in the outdoor dining area after a full day of fun scalloping & exploring the many springs of Crystal River & Homosassa!

This 3 bedroom home has 2 queen bedrooms & 1 King bedroom w/ 300mb/s Wi-Fi & a desk just in case you need to work in between time at the springs! The sunroom also has a queen size sofa bed for extra guests & a pack n play!
$60 pet fee per pet per stay requested separately. Only disclosed and approved pets allowed.

Please be sure to message us if you would like to heat the pool during your stay as it is not heated full-time. $20 per night pool heating fee if you'd like it heated. This will be requested separately through Airbnb.
Noiseaware devices and Ring camera on site
No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
stays of 28 nights or longer require a rental agreement signed before checkin, a copy of photo ID submitted to the host and a refundable $750 security deposit.
For checkins within 48hrs of booking, picture of Driver's License or State ID must be sent to the host prior to arrival.

Guests will have full access to the entire property with exception to the locked cleaner's cabinet.
**HEATED POOL**
This property has a modern, organic lake house vibe featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. There is a pool, large yard for your kids or dogs to play in and parking for multiple cars. We even have a double gate on the side yard to pull your boat into if needed!

Family essentials provided! We provide a baby gate, baby bath, baby monitor, white noise machine, pack n play and some baby books!

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is here. We even thought of your fur babies and provide a food and water bowl for them!
