The clean team does an exceptional job. -The house is well-stocked and comfortably furnished at a level that is above what you will find at other rentals. -Communication with management is exceptional and better than any other rental experience.Addition details about this particular property: -quiet, peaceful setting on a little private lake-soft sandy beach area and shallow, clear swimming area for small children that extends out maybe 5-6 feet from the shoreline? "We loved this lake place! it is a beautiful location and the lake is crystal clear. The kids could wade in and play in shallow water. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with plenty of seating. Nice family spaces and good TVs. We enjoyed all of it.We were a family group of 12. Lots of outdoor seating for just relaxing in the shade or sitting around the fire at night. Very clean! our host was attentive. If texted him, he got right back to me. I would definitely recommend this property!"

"Strawberry Lane was a great place for our 50th anniversary family gathering. The location is beautiful, the home is spotless, a very well maintained property, nicely landscaped, sandy beach, water toys for all ages provided, lots of outdoor seating, barbecue center. We are cooks and the kitchen had everything we needed. We’ve rented houses all over the country and our kids decided this was the best overall house for our family’s needs! and they voted to come back! "

"Spent the week with friends and this was the perfect place. The location is great, very quiet and private. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. There's lots of room to spread out and the game room has lots of options with a great speakeasy vibe to it. Close to the Paul Bunyan Trail which was nice for the bicyclists. "Got together with sisters and sisters-in-law and had a great time! Lake and backyard were gorgeous!! It’s in a great location- centrally located between Brainerd, Nisswa for restaurants. Kitchen was well set up and stocked, beds were very comfy, bathroom clean. We had a great time!!"
