The clean team does an exceptional job. -The house is well-stocked and comfortably furnished at a level that is above what you will find at other rentals. -Communication with management is exceptional and better than any other rental experience.Addition details about this particular property: -quiet, peaceful setting on a little private lake-soft sandy beach area and shallow, clear swimming area for small children that extends out maybe 5-6 feet from the shoreline? "Spent the week with friends and this was the perfect place. The location is great, very quiet and private. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. There's lots of room to spread out and the game room has lots of options with a great speakeasy vibe to it. Close to the Paul Bunyan Trail which was nice for the bicyclists. Would definitely rent again."

"Got together with sisters and sisters-in-law and had a great time! Lake and backyard were gorgeous!! It’s in a great location- centrally located between Brainerd, Nisswa for restaurants. Kitchen was well set up and stocked, beds were very comfy, bathroom clean. We had a great time!!"
