The staff were lovely I was given a free upgrade and a complimentary meal voucher for a local restaurant which was nice. The room itself needs some work done the Foxtel connection was intermittent and the toilet flush mechanism was broken and the general room needs a makeover was dirty and dated, a lot of noise From other guests and the pool gate being slammed regularly was beyond annoying. Great location limited parking

Very good value with the discounted price when we booked.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. In a small complex with mix of residential and short stay accommodation, it was very quiet. Well set up for being self sufficient during your stay. Gated undercover parking and plenty of street parking.
Short walk to the beach and local cafes, restaurants etc.
Good location for trips to Daintree, Cairns or Kuranda.

Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this.
