"This is a very good hotel within the context of the area and price. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room and lobby were maintained spotless and beds comfortable. There are good restaurants in walkable distance. The zocalo is a few blocks away and there is a great natural foods restaurant nearby called La Botanica, a nice surprise among teaditional.fare. taxi is required to ger ro the beaches but the price is very affordable. "

"The hotel rooms were nice and clean, though the sheets and pillows could use some improvement for better comfort. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Great location—close to several restaurants, with a Xoxo convenience store right next door. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is a plus!"

"We arrived and the room that was reserved was not available. We were offered another room that would not be available for about another hour. We agreed to wait and stated we would return in an hour and a half. We returned to find out that the promised room was not available and were given another room. On the second day we were offered the promised room. This room did not seem to have the bathroom completed. The issue at times was not all the bathroom supplies were provided. The air conditioner unit in last room did not cool the room as well. The positive was the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff in the dining area were excellent. Very accommodating and attentive. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it provides so many businesses within walking distance. Giving an average rating as the room was clean, but needs to be completed properly and all bathroom supplies be provided. Also great breakfast buffet."
