Small 50 site campground with seasonal renters. Quiet and secure location in the Adirondacks of NY. Short distance to Lake Champlain and Lake George. Campground has a pool, laundry and bath house. Rental is available May1 to Oct 15th. Upstairs loft has two beds for children, only 28 inch ceiling height. Couch pulls out to a bed and chairs lays flat to sleep in as well. Cook stove in kitchen as well as BBQ grill outside. Location address is:

Needed a place to stay to visit Middlebury Vermont.
It was parents weekend at the college prime watching season. We needed to visit a Friend who had recently been diagnosed with cancer who lives in Middlebury. This was a perfect solution.

The well used trailer is in a permanent RV camp. We were looking for a place that we could walk to a lake. This was not it. However, weekly bingo game was fun, Crabshack was good and Walt the owner was helpful.

Just fine for the price point and location (in an RV park)
We stayed in the white unit in the listing's picture. The unit is in need of some TLC -- broken screens, cabinet handles missing a screw, windows needing washed, dust bunnies and empty bottles under the couches and beds -- but was otherwise clean and met our needs. The RV park was quiet, but the traffic on the adjoining road, which is right behind the three units, was too much for some of us to get a good night's sleep. The water in the listing's picture is a small pond in front of the manager's RV. The adjoining Crab Shack has good food, and karaoke night there can be loud and exuberant and go on long beyond closing time.

Great Stay
The cabin was outstanding, check-in process and directions to the cabin were easy to follow. No hassle get in and out of the park. Alway felt like it was a secure and safe place to stay.
