"One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

"The hotel is well-located, the rooms enormous with very old furniture! A little rundown in places but that’s why the price is low, and I hope no-one “improves” it any time soon! "This is a great hotel and for me the location was fantastic. Comfy bed, quiet room, great staff, food was also great. I would definitely stay here again. "We booked the hotel through Wotif and went to the reception, but they kept asking whether we had made the payment. We sent the receipt along with the confirmation. However, we were given a room that was not clean—the TV didn’t work, and there was hair everywhere. About 30 minutes later, they came to our room again and asked us to send the receipt once more. We felt embarrassed, as if we hadn’t paid and were trying to stay for free. Not recommended at all. Please stay away."

"A very spacious clean rooms. Friendly hard working staff. Lots of TV channels, good amenities. New year's day buffet was very good with local items. They should have breakfast buffets everyday. New Year's Eve dinner time the music was very loud, that should have outdoor show, not indoor, we skipped the bar as no one could make any kind of conversation there with ear piercing music!"
