"The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and responsive. My only complaint is that there was a roach in the first room that we stayed in. We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest. "

"The hotel is in a great location, in walking distance to the historic Beale Street, Fed Ex Forum, the Civil Rights Museum, Blues Hall of Fame, and the Riverwalk just to name a few attractions. The decor has an industrial vibe and there's a huge game/lounge area on the first floor. There's also a rooftop bar and pool that we didn't get to use. Staff was very friendly and our room was updated and clean. "

"Very disappointing experience. I checked in on March 24, 2026, and found the carpet soaking wet with a strong detergent smell throughout the room. I reported it to the front desk, but they said they didn’t know what to do. The hotel was fully booked, and no alternative room was offered. No one was sent to dry the carpet, and I had to request towels myself. It was very late, and leaving would have meant losing money. I was also traveling with young children, which made the wet carpet and chemical smell even more concerning. After Expedia contacted the hotel on my behalf, the hotel refused refund and refused any compensation, and reacted as if there was nothing wrong from their side. Very disappointed with the room condition and the lack of responsibility and customer care. This experience was far below expected hotel standards."

"This hotel was excellent! Every staff person was friendly and helpful. They took good care of us! This is a good place to stay if you are going to the ORPHEUM, FedEx arena and downtown. The hotel itself was unique with loft style rooms. The rooms are quiet and we got good sleep here. We highly recommend this hotel"
