The Whitefish Chain is known for its boating, water sports, fishing, and it's many scenic views. This lake home is new construction in 2018 and is perfectly situated to watch the sunset over Crosslake. It also has a dock for renter use, and a sandy swim-able lake shore for hours of water sports fun during your stay. STR License #123444

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Used Linens and Towels can be placed on laundry room floors. Quilts & Comforters should remain on beds.
Wipe down the grill and leave it clean if used. There is a degreaser spray under kitchen sink if needed, do not use on the grates.
During Summer months please make sure the Lily Pad is by our dock and anchored if leaving in the water. Lawn Chairs should be put back on beach or under the tree.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm-9am daily, no music, and only normal talking voices outside during these hours
Please do not leave any items on the dock overnight and place all water toys in the garage before dusk

33rd Annual Fishing Opener
This place is just great. Perfect for a large family group. Indoor and outdoor spaces are plentiiful. Never used the beach and dock, but it is shallow for a perfect spot for kids to swim and play. We will book this again.

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-11), this place was perfect. There was so much space, it never felt crowded. From a fully equipped kitchen to board games and sand toys, we were in need of nothing! The sandy beach and shallow shore were great for playing and floating. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Annual Family Vacation
We have been renting every year since 2018!! We just love this Ivy Lakehouse. It has everything!! Spent a lot of time fishing, boating, and making bonfires at night!! Very Spacious, our grandkids just love the bunkbed room!! Erin is wonderful to work with!!

Family vacation
This is a great property!! We have stayed at several different properties in the Brainerd area, this was by far the best! Beautiful cabin, plenty of room for the whole family. There were 16 of us, ages 9 months to 92. Flat lot for all our games and competitions. Sand beach for the young kids to build sand castles. Water was warm and extremely clear compared to other lakes in the area. Owners were very responsive when we had any questions. Will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful Crosslake Home
We had a wonderful week at the Ivy Lane Cabin. We are a three generation family of 15 with children ages 3 mos to 11 years old. There was plenty of space to gather, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful beach for the kids to play. The kids loved the lily pad and played in the water for hours each day. The hosts are easy to work with and have equipped the cabin with everything needed for a lake vacation. This is our fourth stay and we will definitely return again! Thank you Erin!

Wonderful Crosslake Home
We had a wonderful time at Ivy Lane. We are a multigenerational family of 15, ages 1 to 69. There was ample space for everyone to gather for meals and socializing/games. There are more than enough beds with the amazing bunk room. The gradual access to the sandy beach and swimming area are wonderful. The hosts, The Olsen’s, are great. They respond quickly to all questions and were very helpful. This is our 7th year and we’ve already reserved for next year!

Family lake vacation
The house is situated on a beautiful part of the lake facing a nature park and the first part of a cove which was perfect for kids kayaking. There was a nice small beach, the water was crystal clear and shallow for several feet making it great for swimming kids. There were no sand toys provided and we forgot ours unfortunately. The house seemed bigger than described, the bunk room for the kids was enormous with little reading lights for each bed. The kitchen was very nice, the pots were old, but ok, we felt we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and heard the loons every night!
Overall great place to stay with a large family, we would definitely go back!

Beautiful Property
We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay in this beautiful lake home. Host was very responsive when we had any questions and even walked us through getting the Thursday night football game on! Lots of comfy seating in the living room. Laundry room on both floors was really convenient! Large kitchen island was great for serving/prepping food and extra fridge in the garage came in handy. Lovely patio with comfy furniture and a little solo stove for those who don’t want to wander down to the lakeside fire pit.
A couple notes: the bbq grill hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and we had a grease fire that nearly ruined our steaks. Clean before you use it. The bedding, including some pillows, is worn and needs replacing. Lighting in bedrooms is quite dim. These are small issues and would not effect our recommending this lovely lake home.
