Upon arrival and discovering the lack of any cooling capacity on the hottest day of the year the host denied the refund request. Combine this with the complete lack of WIFI (Advertised amenity) and you have the longest inferno of a night imaginable. Do not rent this place in the summer and be sure to consider...

"Overall, the stay was okay. We checked into our cabin and it was left unlocked, dirty, and the plumbing was not working. Once we got ahold of Travis, he helped us transition into a different cabin for the remainder of our stay. The second cabin was much cleaner and had no issues with plumbing.
