"A very comfortable and well situated B&B. Owners were very friendly and welcoming, room was comfortable with a lot of extra touches that made for a nice stay. The breakfast was excellent. Would recommend."

"We really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff and the food were excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the area or popping over the border in to Wales. We were able to park right outside the door to our room which was well equipped and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"A tired but welcoming establishment.Riom was basic with a faulty bathroom tap but clean. Staff were great and the bar downstairs was excellent. A 7-8 minute drive to the Hay Literature Festival so a great lower budget option"

"The room was clean however it is smaller than we expected but it was worth for money. Free parking available however it gets busy in the evening because the people those who are coming to pub also use the same carpark. The hotel situated in a great location. Aldi and Tesco Extra are few minutes walking distance. Curry house and kebab shops are close too."

"What a wholesome, lovely stay. Steve and George we absolutely amazing from start to finish - extremely friendly, funny and helpful. The property was absolutely spotless, room was lovely and the food was incredible (would recommend the lamb shank - delicious!) Thank you both for making me feel so welcome and safe at your property - I will definitely be back :)"
