"The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. It did make me feel rather unsafe. That is more location based, nothing against the staff or the hotel. "

Our host was communicative and kind, responding quickly to any questions we had. If we make our way back to Providence, this is the best spot to stay!"

"Was really clean, great location, well appointed, organized and cute! Will definitely try to stay here again when in RI because it is easy to get to all the places and there was plenty of food options nearby. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice for good rest. The only minor thing is the heating system was a little loud maybe needs air purged or some maintenance to make it quieter when it heats up."
