"What a cute and tranquil accommodation!! Our stay was exactly what we needed when we came out for a family member’s housewarming. Very clean, spacious, and the decor was especially cute. Only minor issue we had was no hot water for the tub (and my niece’s infamous bubble baths), but thankfully, the shower had hot water (odd but we’ll take it! Things happen). We were able to extend the contract extra shower rod to the tub for hot water and my niece got the bubble bath she wanted lol In addition, the communication was on point. We were a little confused when we got there (after 11pm) but staff answered immediately and gave us clear instructions that lead us straight to the unit. Thoroughly satisfied. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it.. especially for families!!!!!! I 100% !!!"

"Mike was friendly and responsive in all communications with us.The apartment is AMAZING! While the photos are accurate, the apartment looks even more impressive in person. Mike has attended to every aesthetic detail. It is luxurious, with high end furnishings, supplies, and well stocked pantry.We regret not having stayed here for the entire week to use it as home base for our first four nights visit at Newport. Staying at Mike’s would have been living in the lap of luxury, at much lower cost.We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Rhode Island!"

"Rented the first floor apt for a few days while traveling for a sports tournament. Had everything we needed to make it our home away from home. Washer and dryer were essential given the amount of sweaty uniforms that needed washing. Beds were really comfortable. Very clean unit and close to Brown University and East Providence High School. Neighborhood was quiet, never had a noise issue or neighbor complaint. Don’t skip this place, it’s actually a really great spot!"
