"No breakfast provided, other Hi Hostels provide a breakfast. Cups and plates should be provided beside the microwave and electric jug provided. No Kitchen for those wishing to cook and no cups and plates provided. One key per dorm does not work, people leave the room either unlocked or door wide open. Electricity cord on corridor floor upstairs a health and safety hazard. Dirty bedroom floors. Needs more hanging facilities or shelves in showers / bathrooms. A good location. This hi hostel does...

"The Hostel is surprisingly really clean, it was my first time in a dormitory hostel so I didn’t know what to expect. The beds and sheets where comfortable and the shared bathrooms were clean, showers pretty spacious too! But the deal breaker is the staff, simply super friendly, available to help you in your issues, and the fact that they have these organized events to have fun with other people while roaming around pubs is what makes it also the perfect place to stay for a solo trip. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay. Please keep in mind there is a smoke lounge downstairs so the smell can reach in sometimes. But they were super accommodating in switching me and it didn't happen again. They were super pet friendly and I really think they do a thorough job of scrubbing down the rooms and kitchen between uses. I will be back!!!!!"

"I booked a women’s dorm. Due to a glitch in their end, they had me reserved for a mixed dorm, and the women’s dorm was all booked up so they couldn’t get me in there. Normally when something like this happens in an indie hostel you’re screwed. But instead, they upgraded me to their nicest private room! What great customer service! The room was fantastic and the people were great, central location, hopping bar—can’t complain!"

"Great super central location in Zagreb, within walking distance of everything, Comfortable pod style beds that give lots of privicey when sharing a dorm. The only problem is the wet room showers, it's hard to keep belongings dry in there as there are no shelves. "

"This was easity one of the worst places i have ever stayed. The shower was so disgusting that i couldnt even use it. The door handle to my room looked like it was about to fall off. The shelf in the bathroom was broken. And it was so hot. Their are no windows, just the patio door but in order to get air flow you have to leave it open. I did not feel safe having it open overnight so i had to close it and the room got very hot amd humid. I would not recommend thid place and i would not stay here...
