"Room was great, though i got a bit hot at night. Not sure how the ac was set or why it stopped being cold. Saw there was a free parking lot online but the front desk said it was not currently available. Was disappointed we had to pay $30 to park for the one night we stayed. Otherwise nice place."

"Great house -- nicest place we've stayed in Crested Butte.This was a fantastic rental -- we were there with a group of 3 couples and the 6 of us really enjoyed the house.Location is fantastic: in my favorite corner of "downtown" Crested Butte: 2 blocks to Elk Ave and right by the Peanut Lake trails. Quiet and convenient.The house was very comfortable and worked for all of us. One note: the "pull-out couch" is actually in the 2nd floor sitting room. A room of its own with a door, so it would be a fine 4th bedroom for someone.Kitchen was well outfitted and we were able to cook for ourselves when we wanted. I always bring a kitchen kit to rentals and I mostly left my kit packed since the house had everything. Only two minor issues: not many mixing bowls and a little trouble with the broilers in the gas oven. But, otherwise, all was perfect and those were very minor issues given what we expect from vacation rental kitchens!Front porch was lovely, back yard was great.We were all very happy. When we left, everyone agreed we should try to rent this house again next year!"

"Fun, unique place to stay! Very comfortable and spacious with a great view. My family of 5 of us were in town for a Wedding. Our extended families had other accommodations and were jealous of VRBO and all of its space. The washer and dryer came in handy when we needed to was a dress shirt. We had everything needed to make breakfast, and the store was 2 minutes away. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if ever in town"

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property! We loved the convenience of being in town - very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the Woods Walk, etc. with our little ones. The house had everything we needed and our daughters especially loved the book collection and games upstairs! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Our favorite place we’ve ever stayed in Crested Butte. We go every summer and this was the best little place. Great location, super well appointed, and just a great vibe. We were there with our two teenage boys and it was great. Nothing better than having coffee in the morning on the balcony looking at Mt. Crested Butte."
