The Alpine Getaway is a beautifully renovated 2bd/1ba in the Timbers building. Ideal for a group of up to 4 people (dog considered), this property is graced with exquisite mountain views from the private balcony - perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or apres beverage! The Timbers building is conveniently located on the free shuttle route and within walking distance to the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Equipped with an electric fireplace, ski locker, and elevator.

This condo offers two bedrooms which include one queen and one full sized bed totaling sleeping arrangements for 4 people. Both bedrooms offer stunning mountain views as well as some exposed closet space. The full bathroom also has a hair dryer, shower supplies, and a luxurious oversized shower head.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home and more. We supply basic spices like salt/pepper/cooking oil and a crock pot, blender, coffee maker and starter supply of essentials like paper towels, trash bags, etc. If you do need a specific instrument, just ask - we will do our best to make sure it is waiting for you upon arrival!
We also supply some fun items like a deck of cards, a few games, and a smartTV (log into your own apps). The hot tub and grill are available to you and shared with the rest of the building (please understand that the hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled AT LEAST once/week during busy seasons). During the reheating process, the tub will be locked.
DISCLOSURES:
PETS: A maximum of two dogs (no cats) will be considered with a $40.00/night/pet fee collected prior to your arrival. If your dog becomes a nuisance (barking, aggressive behavior, etc.), you will be asked to vacate the condo immediately and no refund will be offered. The HOA has strict policies regarding nuisance behavior from pets and any board member can ask that you leave. If you are found to be in violation of these rules, there will be a minimum fee assessed of $200.00. There is no leash law in Mt. Crested Butte, and you WILL encounter off-leash, friendly dogs at this building.
QUIET HOURS DISCLOSURE : Absolutely no parties. Many long-term working residents live in this building; excessive noise outside of 8am-10pm will not be tolerated.
AIR CONDITIONING: There is none in this building. One standing fan is provided in each bedroom.
PARKING: Guests are allotted 1 parking pass to be used in the Timbers lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 1 parking pass is provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly!
HOT TUB: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay.
CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2024/2025 Season on November 27th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.

Guests will have complete access to the entire condo and will share the hot tub/locker room with full time residents and other guests.
Please respect common areas by not throwing large amounts of trash in hallway bins, ensuring doors are fully closed, and not walking muddy boots onto hallway carpet.
Please respect the hot tub area by ASKING IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO OPEN IT, showering before you enter, and respecting quiet hours.
