Live like a Local on Elk Avenue in cool one bedroom plus a den. Views of Mt. Crested Butte, Gothic Mountain and Paradise Divide from the living room. Manicured fenced in side yard with private entrance. Onsite Parking in the rear off the alley fits a large vehicle. Tons of natural light flow thru the large separate living room, spacious eat-in kitchen. Complete with a well provisioned kitchen, nice bedding, towels and basic shampoo. Available June 1 thru July 7. Prefer 30 days minimum. July 4th Holiday Weekend is negotiable. Contact me for more details. No Pets. Max 2 people. Text only. No voicemails please.
