entertainment and dining options-all run by some of the most welcoming people

When we first arrived, there was a large black hair ball on the bathroom floor and we noticed dirt on our sheets. The bath towels also felt like the should be replaced. They were all thin and scratchy and felt well-used. On a brighter note, the staff were all friendly and helpful! However, we frequently had to search for someone when needing to retrieve/return our skis and when getting towels for the hot tub. They were all very responsive though. The location was very convenient when walking to the mountain base, and it’s a short drive to the downtown area. Overall, we would choose to stay somewhere else, especially for the price we paid.
