- Beautiful condo with breathtaking views in the Skyland community of Crested Butte. Located just 2 miles from downtown (walk/bike/CX ski on the trail along Slate River into town) and 4 mile drive to base of Mt. Crested Butte.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Real wood burning fireplace and fully loaded kitchen.
Maintained walking paths throughout community and short walk to cross country skiing/ hiking/ biking trails (Upper Loop, Strand and Teo). Beautiful views of Mt Crested Butte and Whetstone Mountain from every window.
