"Easier to find than I thought and Mario was easy to get in touch with prior to arrival. Room felt safe and secure. Bed was comfy and the fridge was useful. Shared bathrooms but always clean and always at least one available. Pleasant homely feel despite being obviously in the middle of the city. Would recommend for a short stay."

"This is a great option if you’re looking for a B&B, rather than a hotel. The staff aren’t onsite, but are super helpful via WhatsApp. Contemporary styling and very clean. Great location to all the major sights. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ‘safety’ light at the step into the bathroom, which was always on - so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask!"

They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. The only issue we had was the heat. Unfortunately there were heat warnings throughout this part of Europe in July and the property is not set up yet to deal with...
