You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beach/Farm stay, well appointed studio on gorgeous acreage, 3 mins to the beach

Cozy but spacious studio on a small acerage in Crescent Head is nestled in picturesque garden setting overlooking the pool which you are welcome to use on those hot lazy afternoons, (the owners use it as well but are discreet). From your covered deck take in the quiet surroundings of the property and the wildlife nearby.

The room has been refurbished and offers a very comfy queen bed with
quality topper, linen and accessories to add to the comfort of your stay. There is a kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and utensils. No cooking is allowed in the room, except with the appliances supplied.

Air-conditioned, smart tv however reception is intermittent in this location, netflix and you tube are available but we think you'll be too busy exploring what beautiful Crescent Head and surrounds has to offer.

There is undercover parking with private entrance, however please note there are 7 stairs up to the studio, for those that maybe frail.

And when weather permits a fire pit to sit by at night and listen to the surrounds, the owls, and the amazing stars without the city lights obscuring them.

Wildlife abounds, with kangaroos, birds of all descriptions, koalas sometimes, and our horses are happy for you to say hello, but only over the fence, no entry into their paddocks for your safety and theirs.

For a truly unique getaway from the hustle and bustle, close enough to the beautiful beaches and village which offers a variety of eateries, Country club with golf and the tavern with live music but a quiet escape to come home to.

Your hosts live in the adjoining residence and can offer any assistance and local knowledge if you need it, but will give you your privacy of course.

Estimated time of your arrival would be appreciated. A txt message to the phone number supplied in the booking is the most convenient.

Please note that this is a beautiful property offered to those that love a get away in very comfortable accommodation with a pool on an amazing property close to the beach.

Not to those that just need wifi, we do have it but enough to run a business.

Kempsey can accommodate those that need to spend their day with that they have very good reception.

Lovely place, Helen was very welcoming as a host. The room was clean and tidy and had a great view of the pool. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Beautiful, clean, amazing location

Helen and Kris were great hosts! The place was wonderful and clean, room had a nice view of the pool. What a gem! We were 3 mins from Crescent Head Beach but also in the quiet of the surrounding countryside. Helens studio is impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed for a one night stay. The bed is extremely comfortable, the pool was available to us and the accommodation was very private. We would love to revisit one day and stay longer.

We were most grateful to the property managers, whose communication was very helpful and who made us feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout stay, even though it was short. We were also grateful to be able to secure a single night (not be required to book for a minimum nights' stay).

Very poor Tv reception. Stairs for accessing the property is awkward for handicapped or elderly without assistance but generally a nice accommodation.

Listing very misleading. Very disappointing.

Our ONLY filter to find accomodation was "Wi Fi". Such a dfisappointment as we based our stay on being online over the 4 day stay due to business. Welcome note read - Optus is your network, and password would be given on arrival. When we arrived, welcome letter and host immediately - "you have to use your own data", and you can go into town and use the cafes." No reception for even television. They were ready for this to be an issue, but would not take down "wifi included", as IMO it meant business to them. When we called Stayz - the "customer service" girl basically said, we take the inclusions from the host, and list them. We are not responsible if inclusions are unavailable for the guests. Never again Stayz ... too much of a gamble. These hosts immediately removed their profile. We spent our break working out of the local cafe. Disappointing to say the least.
