Your exclusive campsite is a two-minute drive from the iconic beaches and village of Crescent Head. Explore the areas natural beauty including beaches, rivers, bushland, and headlands.
Alice offers a unique experience for your next coastal adventure. She is fully self-contained and sits in a completely private bush setting.
Alice is newly renovated and features a double bedroom, kitchenette, dinette for four, an L-shaped lounge, and two external doors that lead onto the covered deck.
The deck features a bathroom (shower, toilet, and vanity) an outdoor kitchen (wok burner, barbecue, two burners and a sink) and a dining table.
Alice has fantastic airflow as all sides are surrounded by louvre windows. We also include two fans for your comfort on hot days.
In the natural bush amphitheatre, you will wake to a chorus of native birds and, in summer, cicadas. Resident visitors include kangaroos, wallabies, goannas and echidnas. Koalas have been spotted on the property.
We purposely keep the bush as undeveloped and natural as possible to attract native animals and birds.

The pit toilet is not easy. The van was clean but had a fair number of cobwebs in windows. More could have been done to prepare for our stay eg soap. The van is 40m off the road. It is located in a beautiful area near pristine beaches.
Our stay was sweet n short as it was a stopover on our way to Byron
It was perfect for what we required
• Host was lovely
• Credit to maintaining a vintage caravan and creating such a retro pleasing vibe
I had a lovely relaxing time at “Alice”. The property was quiet and well cared for, everything was immaculate, clean and exactly as advertised. Loved how close it was to everything, and yet felt miles away and private. The owners were lovely and I can’t wait to return!
Great a place to stay, It only 5 minutes away from the town centre but it is like being a world away so peaceful and quite. The host are amazing and so nice and friendly. 20 out of 10 I will go back for another stay
Well-kept vintage caravan ingeniously integrated into a spacious covered lanai and attached bathroom/shower section. Outside grill/gas range stations offer easy outside but sheltered cooking/grilling. All this is on quiet bush land a minute from Crescent Head but removed enough all you hear at night is the lull of surf rumbling on the adjacent beach.

Did not like the toilet...it is a drop toilet and could get wiffs of a smell from it when sitting on the deck.
very hot in the caravan, there were fans provided but a small air con would be better. The owners did not tell us that the key would be left in the door and we drove up to the big house on the property and that was also rented but they tried to help us and in the end we decided to just go check the van and keys were in the door...some advice would have been nice.
