"Lovely home and in walking distance to NCCU. Neighbors are students so it gets pretty loud and busy, but not so bad that I wouldn't request this home again. NCCU band practice is loud but comes with the area you are in. I enjoyed it because I am a product of an HBCU, but may bother others. All in all I love the home and enjoyed my stay for the week I was there."
