Floors were clearly not mopped, tables did not get wiped down during breakfast service, bugs in the lights, crumbs in chairs, cigarette butts on the walkway into the hotel...lots of small things that added up. Staff was mostly absent, so when there were no forks or knives at breakfast on our second day, there was nobody to ask."
