"Cool property especially if you like to fish! Very clean and on a private road so was nice and safe.Location is great with easy access to Creed, South Fork and Lake City.Host just waived which we liked.Should we return to that area, we’d stay here again."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but adding a proper safety rail to the top bunk would make it much safer for families with children. The spacious shower was a wonderful bonus and something we really appreciated."
