"Jim was excellent at communicating directions and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area after living in Lake City for so long. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the house was in the middle of town so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lake City. Also dog friendly was a big plus for us as we travel with our dogs so much. "

"This place was great! It's small, but has everything we needed. I was also the most needy I've ever been and the host was quick to respond and answered all my questions. One thing you should know, the laundry facility is coming operated and all the banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So bring quarters. The lady at the grocery store was nice enough to get me a roll of quarters though."

"The Loft is in a historic building, and as expected has the character to match. It is located on the backside of all of the quaint little shops and restaurants. The river is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here. Oh, by the way the price was beyond reasonable for the size, which was more than adequate "

"The location was incredible, and so glad to have a pet friendly spot since the town is so pet friendly too! There's no dishwasher, but plenty of great restaurants literally steps from this spot in town. I had a little trouble with the dryer, and wish I read about the alleyway noise --- lots of activity in the evenings with glass disposal and waste management in the morning. Overall great location, great space for a cost friendly stay!"
