"We stayed here overnight as our flight was delayed and arrived near the midnight. There is a shuttle at Gatwick platform 9 (south terminal) that will take you to this hotel for £5. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was super clean with comfortable bed and quiet. Highly recommend for any overnight stay and easy access to Gatwick."

"Very nice location and hotel. The only thing I will say is we came home at 4:30 am Monday morning after watching the England match but we couldn’t access the hotel and unfortunately I use a mobility scooter due to limited mobility. My partner had to walk to the front and leaving me on my own at the back of the propery, which made me feel very unsafe and vulnerable m. when he eventually managed to get in they explained the buzzer wasn’t working & hasn’t been since January, which was not very helpful for us on that particular morning. I am a regular guest at Leonardo hotels all over the country so I was very disappointed with this. Disorganised and unsafe !"

"The location is kind of isolated but it was convenient for a location closer to the airport. We arrived by Uber and were worried about getting an uber for our early departure the next morning due to its location but the hotel offered to arrange a taxi with preferred rates (£20 cheaper than the Uber we had just paid for) nice, clean, large rooms!"
