"This hotel is an older hotel, but you can tell they are trying to fix it up. There are even staff going around the parking lot cleaning up garbage. The rooms are nice and clean. You can tell that cleaning is important to them and I think that it is incredible as you do not find it at many hotels nowadays.
Now, I want to explain the downsides to this hotel as it leads to a lot of frustration.
The pool is open very limited hours and you are not allowed to even take a bottle of water out on the deck. If you have a poolside room they lock the door from the outside so you can’t even go sit in the pool area after hours. This hotel would have been a 5 star easily, if it wouldn’t have been for the ridiculous pool schedule and the strict rules. The pool is open two hours in the morning, then again for 5 hours in the evening and closes at 9 pm even if the pool is packed. They just kick everyone out. I just find it so ridiculous because a lot of people are booking because of the pool. If the pool has to be closed in the afternoon, then why not have it stay open later in the evening so the guests can enjoy the pool. Seems like such a waste.
When you do finally get to swim the pool water is so nice and warm! Everything is great about this hotel except for the pool hours. My daughter was very frustrated. Too bad because it is a nice hotel and the prices are very reasonable. We did stay here two years ago and had the same frustration. We came back to see if it’s changed and it hasn’t "
"Everything was amazing except the pool. There was so much chlorine in the pool it made everyone sick. But other than that they were so helpful and room was a great size cause we were there for a dance competition and had extra stuff with us. "

8/10 Good
"Overall the house was excellent for the price. The only minor suggestion I would have is extra TP somewhere in the house that is excusable when needed, tongue’s for kitchen, a deck of cards to play with and a shovel outside to do walkway during winter months. Thank you!Kim"
"We booked this hotel based on our previous confidence with Expedia and that the hotel seemed to be associated with Wyndham. The room as pictured does not represent room 103 which we were assigned. Perhaps you should compare a picture of 103 with one on your site. After driving for 12 hours we were not in a position to find an alternate. The room was also noisy. When we asked about breakfast we were told to knock on the office cage and they would hand us a bag. We ate at a restaurant when we left. As seniors this is not the experience we expected. We will reevaluate using Expedia or Wyndham in the future.

"I had stayed here for about a month consecutively. I was in town for work not knowing the duration of project at all, was booking short term at first then week to week. Host ead verh understanding regarding this which made everything less stressful of the situation. Had my daughter come visit me there very short notice which they were very considerate and welcoming to the request. Routinely checked in to make sure i had everything i needed and was comfortable.Overall, The suite is exactly as advertised. Its private, check in/out was quick and easy, quiet area, and very understanding, welcoming and friendly hosts. Definitely would recommend and would stay again without second thought. "
"Our host was responsive and welcoming. The location was great , easy to find and easy access. The unit was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again . There are a lot of stairs to get into the unit, which may be difficult for someone with mobility issues, for us it wasn’t a problem. "
