"I highly recommend! We decided to getaway for a nice fall weekend. This was our first time staying in Chatham. We usually stay in Dennisport, but we wanted to be closer to our daughter. It’s a very lovely place with a beautiful view, super nice staff and area. We will definitely come back to stay here in the future. "

"The house is new, so it's not surprising that it's not well-appointed yet in the kitchen- utensils, etc. (however the dishes are quite nice.) Some rooms have huge closets, others have none, some have dressers others do not. No rugs anywhere in the house. We had to use our personal accounts for all TV including Direct TV for basic shows, seems like that should be included given the price. Keys to 'the apartment' did not work so we just left it unlocked. Great location for exploring the lower/outer Cape! "

"Our stay at the Beach Cottage was excellent! We love the location being right on the bike trail and having our own Sandy Beach across the street. The owners thought of everything. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed grilling out one night on our deck. The area is fun and local restaurants recommended by our host were welcome. We loved going to the Dockside in Harwichport. "

"We stayed there as we had two families with 7 kids in total and were visiting friends who had a home in Harwich Port. Was an easy commute. Weather wasn’t great that weekend so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house other than sleeping but there was a cool firepit in backyard and two separate areas for watching tv. Handled our group well. "
