Amazing hotel
An amazing old world hotel that has been renovated to provide every comfort - a fantastic ambience. The service was excellent and the breakfast sensational. I would highly recommend this property.

An excellent hotel with great rooms and amenities, breakfast included, and friendly personnel. The hotel is truly a gem, situated in Downtown Craiova in a renovated historical building. The finishes and services make it a truly exceptional experience. Even though there was a confusion around the booking, the staff worked hard to correct the mistake and things got resolved fairly and promptly.

Dear guest, Thank you for your review and we express our regret for the inconveniences mentioned by you, but regarding the size of the standard room that you booked, we specify again that it was 26 square meters.Following your request to change your room, the hotel offered you another room with an area of 50 sqm, type room-Deluxe Suite, with an additional cost, but you refused this offer due to the price difference.The air conditioning system of your room is easy to use, and if you had informed us that that something's wrong, we would have gladly helped you to achieve the desired temperature in your room by setting the control panel accordingly.We are also very sorry for the fact that the natural juices of beet with cherries and oranges with apples were not to your taste.We hope that next time, thanks to our care, you will not have these inconveniences.Thank you.

Good hotel in Craiova
The hotel is really nice. Good taste,, elegant and quiet. Where you need to pay attention is on the professionalism of the receptionists. Verify all the time the invoice and the reservation.

Front desk lady was very friendly and remembered myself from my last stay. Air conditioning was working this time during summer so that was a plus. Rooms and hotel are very nice!

The first night, the air condition was not working. It was near 30 degrees celcius the first night in my room and my colleague rooms. It was not a pleasant sleep the first night. I woke up every 2 hours sweating and had to drink water often. One of my colleagues addressed it and the air conditioning was corrected the following day. My shower drain was draining slowly which caused some minor flooding in the restroom. I believe it was Ana who was working 23-APR-21 at the front desk. She was a terrific host. She catered to our needs. The restaurant is nice, and I like how they were able to cater to our dining and drink needs after 10pm. The breakfast menu is very good!

This hotel and the room we stayed in had this opulent look. We were here for my father’s funeral and after experiencing many travel delays, we were comforted that at least the hotel we arrived at 12 hours past regular check in time had everything we dreamed of and left nothing else to be desired. Very nice hotel, very clean, located 2 minutes walk from the city center. Beautiful room (the entire hotel is beautiful) pleasant staff, great breakfast - all packaged in a very good price - If I go back to Craiova, this will be my first choice hotel

昔の貴族の邸宅をホテルにした感じで、ヨーロッパの古い建物をリノベーションしたホテル。豪華な部屋と対照的に若いスタッフばかりで運営されていて、気を使わせないところが絶妙。なかなか日本人が訪れる街ではないけど、近くに来たら是非ここに泊まるべき。

Soggiorno piacevole in un hotel un pò diverso dal solito, elegante in un palazzo vecchio ma ben curato. Personale malgrado minimo molto disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta e molto cordiale. Peccato la palestra pessima con un solo tappeto ed un multi-attrezzo inutlizzabile.Posizione centralissima. Colazione discreta ma fatta con buon gusto.

wonderful stay!
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Boutique hotel, 14 rooms in the city center. A world class hotel! Excellent breakfast.   Luxurious rooms, super comfortable bed, enormous shower! The service on the last day of the three was a little disappointing compared to the two previous ones, but we will definitely return there in the future.
