"This little guest house was perfect for our needs! It is clean and has fun rustic features like oil lamps that have been converted to electric lights. It was just enough space for my partner and I to be cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans if you want to cook. The house is close to the rail trail and we went for a nice walk. "The property is as listed. It's new so is very clean and has pretty much all the basics you need. It is remote, almost 3 miles of dirt road, no internet though does have WIFI. There are restaurants 9 miles away in Morrisville with surprisingly good food, ( the duck at Siam Valley Thai was exceptional), as well as groceries, hardware, etc. A good place to escape from our daily craziness."
