"Amazing amazing amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The unique handcrafted house is delightful and the views are out of this world. Great location to do day trips to Cradle Mountain. Des is a great host and we hope one day we will be back. Thank you"

Super close to all the great sights in the national park, with a bus stop just across the road and some excellent walks starting from the lodge itself. We travelled to Queenstown to ride the West Coast Wilderness Railway and stayed two nights at the Comfort Inn Gold Rush Motel. It is very difficult to choose a motel when you are travelling. We booked the room before we left home not knowing what we were going to find. It was a pleasant surprise to open the door and find such a lovely room.
