"Late Nov stay 10days. This was our 1st time using any rental so didnt know what to expect. The host made it all so easy! Timely, friendly, helpful communication. Clean house, exactly as shown in pics. I didn't realize the only ice trays were 2sm silicon ones so we bot a bag of ice fr nearby walmt. Nice bed linens, comfy bed, kitchen stocked well. Washer/dryer on outside bk porch. Nice sitting area in bk yd. Felt like a safe area of San Marco. 1 king bed downstairs w/ full bath in case stairclimbing is issue for guests. I think I'd add a lite at end of driveway to make easier to find at nite. Truly enjoyed our stay here. "

"The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."
