"The room and property were very clean. The property was situated conveniently off a main road so access to public transport and the beach was good but noise was less. Hot water. Nice towels."

"Every thing is perfect except there policy they don’t wanna change the room until Expedia do something."

"Building works are ongoing. Claims to have multiple swimming pools, I have only seen 1 in the 4 days I have been here. Room is small, view is horrible and the balcony has no privacy as they are right next to each other. Cleanliness is good as the hotel is new. Bathroom is tiny, knee touches shower screen when sat down. Shower pressure is low. Bath towels are quite small. Room service food was not great. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best, i understand that breakfast is included with...

"Partial beach view is okay. Cleanness is not good. Their toilet was not ready before check inn. Bad odor was there. They don't have any own kitchen and their breakfast quality is not good. "

"they say they have breakfast included, but they don’t give breakfast whatever they show the room when you go on the place they will try to charge more which one there will be showing you in app they will not give you the place"

"Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. "

I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. As i was not expecting anyone to come in to the room while i was out, i had left all my belonings in the room scatterd. I felt my privacy had been invaded so i told the reception staff and he said i should have put the do not disturd switch on if...

Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
