Step inside The Boat House and experience the perfect blend of comfort and style. The cozy open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed with seating and dining for four, complete with modern amenities like Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen leads to a charming patio garden, perfect for al fresco dining with a table, chairs ready for your outdoor meals.

On the first floor, you'll find a peaceful master double bedroom, along with a family bathroom. Venture up to the second floor, tucked away in the eaves, and discover a delightful twin bedroom with a small window and Velux window, offering refreshing airflow. Plus, an air-conditioning unit ensures a restful night's sleep, even on warmer evenings.

Whether you're soaking up the sights of Cowes, watching the yachts glide by, or savoring a delicious meal at one of the nearby cafés and restaurants, The Boat House is your ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway.

The property is a 2 minute walk from the Red Jet terminal.

Free car parking is available on Ward Avenue which is five minutes walk away.
There is pay and display parking in Northwood Park council car park which is five minutes walk away. Parking permits can be purchased online.
Please note that as the property is located on a pedestrianised street, unloading and loading directly outside the property via a vehicle is not possible. However there is parking at the Marks and Spencer store located just before you arrive at the property. You can park here for 30 minutes for free to load and unload the car.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including Wi-FI, utilities, bed linen and towels.

A travel cot and high chair is available upon request.

We can offer discounted ferry travel on both Red Funnel and Wight Link. Please let us know of your interest at the time of booking and we can provide you with a quote.
