Room was clean and beds were clean and comfortable. However, the information said 2 queen beds and the room had 2 double. Part of the night lock was missing on door so not usable. I moved the desk chair in fron of door for more security. Shower and tub combination but no way to turn on shower. Lobby was locked and check in and check out was done at small night service window. We checked in at 8:14 p.m. and checked out at 7:48 a.m. local time. No breakfast was offered.

Low income hell hole

The front desk lady was totally rude and she was there everyday I avoided her as much as possible. The pool was nasty. There were cigarette burns all over everything. I see why it was so cheap. This place is a total dump. When I first got to my room I didn’t think the air conditioner worked but they turn off the circuit breaker to it when no one stay there. The jacuzzi tub was nasty and the caulking all over it looked like it was done by Tim Taylor. The floor was nasty. Also if you spend so much time there why not deep clean your rooms and add a fresh coat of paint replace the doors with fist holes in them. Update all your stuff so you can charge more money. Power wash your concrete.

It was very quiet and they was willing to work with you as far as paying for rooms... Only problem I had or didn't like with one of the women that work there an older lady was kind of rude and disrespectful to people

Alright for a night

Stayed one night. The bed had all the comfort of a trampoline without the fun — every move popped, cracked, and made me wonder if I’d end up on the floor by morning. The floors looked like they’d seen some things, and the bathroom could use a spa day. On the bright side, the AC could probably refrigerate meat, so no complaints there. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a collection of friendly reminder signs like “Don’t be an easy target” and “Use the deadbolt and chain lock.” Nothing says “sweet dreams” like thinking you might need to barricade the door. All in all, it did the job for the night, but I’ll let someone else have my spot next time.

We had to change our room 3times because the air conditioner was broken the floors looked so sparkling walked around the room my brand new socks were blac as ever which means housekeeping not mopping the floors half cleaning the rooms sorry but i will not be staying here again and the pool wasnt working in 100 derees come on

I never stayed, your company does not have quality control. When I arrived after a 10 and a half hour drive from Michigan to Tennessee, I discovered that my room was in horrible shape. Hole in the shower was fixed with plaster, the front door did not seal all the way around light was visibly coming through a closed door, furniture was tattered, etc. I had to request a refund after trying two times to find a room in that establishment that was satisfactory. Really disappointing considering it was the only hotel that allowed pets. I literally walked up the street to two separate establishments to find where I'm staying at currently. Hotels.com caused major inconvenience simply because they do not research and keep up quality on the hotels they suggest to the users of their app. That needs to change before I ever use your service again.
