"We were looking for a place central to BR, Hammond, and Donaldsonville and the Benton properties are perfect. Convenient to get to, but far enough off the beaten path to be super quiet and cozy. The house is super cute, clean, ceiling fans in every room, and did not smell overpoweringly of air freshener as many Vrbos tend to do. "Nice apartment for the weekend! Downtown feel, lots of dining options and walkable. Very clean apartment, everything functioned, great communication with host. It is a little loud up until around 9 pm, but nothing crazy, then as restaurants close it gets more quiet for the night. There is a railroad very close, but only heard it a few times , and didn’t wake us up at night, or at least the heavy sleepers. Easy parking. The only thing we would recommend is blackout curtains for the back...

"Tangipahoa Parish had everything my family needed while we were visiting the area. The property was clean and had all the space my family needed for a comfortable stay. We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. "House was spacious. Bedrooms felt very private. Gorgeous tub in master bath. Only downside is the couch in the living room. Its a futon style, so a plus for anyone looking for extra sleeping spots, but it wasnt super comfy for hanging out in the living room. The two chairs were very comfy."
