Bel hôtel très moderne, ressemble à un hôtel nord américain. Déjeuner brunch inclus dans les standards.Climatisation centrale mais ne fournissait pas du tout , on a eu chaud toute la nuit. En passant pour la piscine il faut des casques sinon il vous les vendre 3euros chacun , pour une famille ça monte vite.

El hotel está bien , la piscina cubierta es de un tamaño aceptable y puedes ir cuando quieras . No tiene vigilancia ni nadie responsable allí por lo que los niños harán mucho ruido , el desayuno es bueno y la cena es regular si vas a media pensión , no recomiendo comer a Medio día ya que es a la carta , los precios son altos y la calidad es baja , nos pusieron un chuletón que era un 70% tendones y un 30% grasa por 22 euros .los camareros son atentos pero sin experiencia alguna

Le séjour s’est bien passé , quelques taches visibles dans les canapés du hall d’entrée…. Les chambres ont besoin d’un bon coup ( peintures etc) et le seul souci majeur se sont les baignoires, très glissantes ! Pour des personnes d’une certaine mobilité réduite , c’est pas évident d’enjamber ! Sinon le personnel est sympa. Lors de la réservation nous avons demandé une chambre en hauteur et avec insistance, nous l’avons obtenu ! Il faudrait mettre en place dans votre application, une réservation systématique si le client demande une chambre en hauteur, car très souvent, ce souhait n’est pas réalisé .. ! Voilà une proposition, à voir si il y a un jour une suite …. Merci

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Grande chambre. Très bon petit déjeuner. A savoir comme beaucoup d'hôtel avec piscine au Portugal, bonnet de piscine obligatoire. Menu du soir très bon et à prix raisonnable. Nous retenons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois!

Um agradável fim de semana

Da recepção ao restaurante, fomos tratados com eficiência, simpatia e cortesia. Há 30 anos que não pernoitava na Covilhã, seguramente irei voltar. Só tive pena de não ter ficado mais uma noite, mas isso não é seguramente responsabilidade do hotel.
