"No where to eat, when I ordered in I was made to go to my room to eat by the male night staff member very rudely. The room was ok but very loud when surrounding guests used the facilities in the bathroom. Basic and clean but wouldn’t stay again. "

"I booked 6 rooms as a group booking. All rooms were very well appointed and luxurious. The staff in particular were first class, with a special call out for Vanessa who was friendly, hospitable and just a delight."

"Didn’t start well when receptionist insisted I had prepaid and need to pay again. Still took several minutes after giving them a printed copy of my reservation. When they realised it was their error they were very apologetic but it was still awkward particularly with a big queue building up behind me. Pool facilities great. Bar lovely and bar staff take huge pride, rightly, in their cocktails but service was so slow. An hour to get a beer ordered when sat down for food. Often 20 mins directly at the bar. Tip…order 2 drinks each."
