"Mel and Mike are wonderful hosts! They went above to make sure we had everything we needed. Very communicative throughout the entire process and the property is beautiful. So refreshing and relaxing to get away to the country! We stayed 3 nights for a bachelorette float and trip. The pool was cleaned daily, they made sure we had firewood, we mentioned we were making salads and they picked fresh veggies from their garden for us, and when the front porch became a popular hangout they brought up enough chairs for the entire group. The kitchen is fully stocked and handled every cooking/baking project we had planned. There were more than enough towels, blankets, and pillows, and the entertainment center was easy to use and logged into popular streaming apps. Beds were comfy (memory foam) and a group of young women all felt safe. This is a GREAT stay for animal lovers. We did not bring our dogs due to the nature of the stay, but would for a family vacation. Mike and Mel’s dogs are VERY well behaved and friendly. There’s also a sweet outdoor kitty cat that greeted us and hung out with us!! "

Everything was clean and very well stocked. Unfortunately the river was at flood stage and we had to stay out, it did not ruin the view and tranquility. "the house was so very very comfortable and large enough to house 16 of our family. it was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. we had a family float trip and was only a few miles from the resort. HIGHLY recommend this location and host. THIS HOME MADE OUR FAMILY TRIP EVEN MORE MEMORABLE"

"This place is absolutely adorable and inviting. The inside and outside were immaculate. Beds were comfy. Communication with the host was great. My teenager liked that he had the upstairs to himself. I liked how cozy but not cramped it felt. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had 3 family groups staying for a quick weekend getaway. This house was fantastic! It had everything we needed to have a great weekend together! We floated with Blue Springs Ranch and the proximity to the house was great. We all decided that we would definitely stay here (or any of the other Rockwoods Ridge properties) again!"

"We had a great time. Was big enough for all of us. Was very private the pavilion was great. The kids enjoyed the sand volleyball. Our dog enjoyed the large area too. The only thing I would suggest is to have more towels Overall it was great!!!"
