"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

Phone service and WiFi don’t work super well inside (I suppose being in a large building) Communication with the host was very good. "This hotel is a very old building which is still keeping a lot of the old culture even after it has obviously been remodeled and renovated. Rooms are clean, washrooms as well. Breakfast is delicious with freshly baked croissants, waffles, eggs and of course a variety of cheese and cold cuts. It is a few minutes away from the beaches and the restaurants and market in old Nice. Definitely a place to consider staying in."
