"We truly enjoyed our stay! Bruce and Jean were so welcoming, friendly and accessible. The house was exceptionally nice, clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. Of the 14 days we were there, we only had 3 meals out because we felt so comfortable cooking in the kitchen. We enjoyed spending evenings at Lake Sumpter Landing, and travelled to Sawgrass, Spanish Springs (for bowling!) and Brownwood as well. We met so many lovely people at the pool. Would love to return. "

"Absolutely perfect accommodations, well stocked home with everything we could hope for. Location was perfect for all the activities at all of the town squares. Used as home base for visiting Universal and Disney parks. Close to several recreation centers and pools. Glenn answered all of our questions and set us up with resident passes and guest passes. Ed, who takes care of the property was very helpful. Was great to have use of a golf cart. "

"The property is poorly maintained, a tree in the front is nearly dead and liens toward the garage, the next good storm will likely take it down and the lawn need "weed & feed" applied. There are nearly no wall hanging and few fabrics on the windows which leaves the place very sterile, a dinning room but no table just futon. The outside table/seating area is a nice touch but so dirty I could not use it, kitchen knives all need replacement or sharping, all pots & pans look as if purchased 10 years ago at Goodwill, flooring replaced with lowest possible option in the store. Generally, the price tag suggested a much more upscale decor. "
