"We had such a wonderful stay and cannot say enough good things about both the home and host! From the very beginning, communication was absolutely fantastic. Lisa was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to provide recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and local spots to explore, which truly made our trip even more special.The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. It was clear the owners put effort into making sure guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. This is easily one of the better places we have stayed and we truly appreciated how accommodating and attentive she was throughout our visit.The location was also excellent, close to town and within easy driving distance to some really beautiful sites and activities. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient while still giving us a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day.Overall, we had a great experience and genuinely appreciated the kindness and hospitality shown during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a place that has it all!"

"We have stayed at River Haven annually for a couple of years. It never disappoints. The house is always well appointed and clean, but the real gem is the location and outdoor space. Proximity to MTB trails and town is very convenient all while having a large, private yard with the Arkansas River flowing in the backdrop. It truly is a special spot and we hope to come back for years to come. "

"The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very good. However, the in-room microwave turntable didn't work and my cup scorched. The inside of the coffeemaker was not clean.Overall, a nice stay."
