Large kitchen, living room, dining area, fireplace, screened porch, laundry room, and plenty of free parking. 1 mile to historic Old Town Cottonwood with great restaurants, bars, music, local wineries and tastings, & unique shops. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Verde Valley Wine Trail, Verde Canyon Railroad in Clarksdale, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Out of Africa, and Blazin M Ranch. Walk to Verde Valley Hospital. Residential neighborhood. No parties or pets. Home is on a dead end street. No 3rd party bookings permitted.

Spring 2023: Home has an additional 600 sqft guest suite on the far side of the home with its own private entrance. and is not part of this rental. The suite guest utilizes the driveway to access their private entrance only. They do not park in the driveway or share any other part of the front or backyard.
