The house has 3 nice bedrooms, one full shower bath, 2 additional toilets, one conveniently located by the pool. The location is ideal if you’ve spent your evening in the center of the village and you are back home in a minute! From the street it is almost impossible to see the garden and pool. Also noises from the village are largely shielded off by the surrounding buildings.
In Cotignac there are two bakeries, a butcher, a couple grocery stores, a bank branch, a supermarket (just outside the village in the direction of Brignoles) and a post office, but above all a lot of attractive terraces of bars and restaurants. Under the plane trees in the “Cours” of Cotignac you can dream away with a pastis or a cup of coffee.
Living in the village has the advantage that you can enjoy all the village activities and events after which you can get back easily to the quiet atmosphere and the refreshing pool of your villa.
Weekly market on Tuesdays (year round)and also on Saturdays in summer is a Must.
