Our Luxury Bicocca is only a few minutes from the sea, but already from the apartment you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ligurian Sea and Costarainera. Our apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchenette complete with everything, including a wine cellar to keep the wines at the right temperature, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and mocha, an American-style fridge with ice and water dispenser, and a spa bath with hot tub, shower with waterfall and chromotherapy. In addition, from our apartment, you will have easy access to the outdoor area, where there is a swimming pool from mid-May to mid-October, sun loungers and access to the children's play area (with swing, slide for children up to three years old, inflatable swimming pool and house with caterpillar). Our apartment has its own private parking: forget the problem of the parking space and enjoy your stay thanks to the wi-fi, ideal for being always connected, the flat-screen satellite TV with subscriptions to included streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify) and the pool table in the living room (the dining table can be transformed if necessary). The Luxury Bicocca is perfect for two adults and a child, both in summer and winter thanks to air conditioning and independent heating.
