Brand new 1 bedroom apartment built above our garage

  • The apartment is new with a modern design and a clean look. There is a private entrance and large balcony for you to enjoy. There is a full kitchen with all the the amenities, along with a blow up queen mattress for living room if you need to sleep 2 additional guests. We are 1.5 miles to Huntington beach, 2.3 miles to Newport beach, 4.7 miles to John Wayne airport. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are less than a 30 min drive. There are many restaurants, bars and stores within minutes of our house with Uber and Lyft available quickly if you do not have a car.

Perfect spot for our little trip. This oversized 1 bedroom has everything you need and more. Close to great restaurants, local shops and the beach! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. My wife and I, with our toy poodle, enjoyed the visit. The unit was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you might expect. There was always available street parking near the residence. The owners, who live on the property, were very attentive to our communications. We will likely return to this rental in the future.

We had an very enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and did us a great favor for which they were not obligated. We appreciated that very much. The apartment is modern, clean, safe, and secure. It is comparable to a very nice hotel suite with a kitchen. There are no views from the windows or deck, but that did not matter to us. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and nice for short walks, but is completely residential.You need to drive to food and recreation. But the drives are not far, and beaches are very convenient. Renters must park on the street. Renters should be aware that the described "Living Room - 1 Queen Bed" is not a sofa bed or such, but an inflatable bed from the closet. While high quality, and reasonably comfortable, it is very large for the room and needs to be at least partially deflated every morning. Plan for this if you have more than 2 people, or need two beds. (for this reason we dropped a star from our rating) It was a good stay and we hope to return another time.
