"Courteous staff, the hotel is close to the parks so the staff are understandably very, very busy. If you need rapid response or your needs met instantaneously this may not be the spot for you but if you have grace for busy employees doing their best while remaining friendly and helpful. Not the shortest walk to the park, so mid day breaks aren’t an easy return if that’s what you’re after BUT it is an easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot and plenty of off property eats if you’re enjoying a slower vacation. The pool is kind of in the middle of the parking lot which I don’t love/doesnt feel very private but kids "

"The hotel was clean. Room was nice and clean but it disnt have a clean smell. The rooms need better lights. Room was to dark. Living room needs update furniture. Carpet was dirty. I think if rooms had floor it would be better and smell better. Breakfast food wasnt good nothing had flavor egges were to watery. The pool was nice laudry room was nice. Staff was amazing "

"Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. Dirty, unmaintained stairs, elevator. Shower/bath: mold in corners poorly covered by caulking. Allowed a loud party in one of the upstairs rooms to go on until 11:30. Called front desk to report, no one would answer. Only thing average or above was the ground's landscaping. Would not stay here again."
