"We stayed at the house for one week. We found the home to be clean and perfect for our family. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the location as it was close to Aveiro and beaches. There is a cafe within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Our host was welcoming and friendly. It was a great value for the money. "

"I paid for the whole place yet when I arrived, Maria argued with me that I had not, for an hour. Her argument was that I had less people than 10 so I didnt need all bedrooms. That was not an option on VRBO website. Finally she accepted that our cleaning fee was paid and opened up the annexe. It was a needless hour wasted and left us all feeling a little shaken. "Really great villa with character and style!The pool area is fantastic and there are lots of rooms, but only 2 bathrooms, so make sure you're happy to share. 2 small but functional kitchens made cooking simple things doable.Maria was communicative and helpful before and during our stay - she was lovely enough to buy us some groceries ahead of time as we were arriving late. If you're staying, I'd advise bringing some consumables as shops are far away. It would have been nice to have more cleaning...
