The rooms were always well cleaned and had turn down service everyday. The pool and restaurant service was amazing. A couple of staff members like Rene @ Noi the Italian restaurant was super amazing also labredo by the pool was always very helpful
Overall the trip was amazing despite a small mix up for the New Year’s Day celebration which was handled the next day and followed up on to a resolution

Overall a good Holiday. Most staff were very nice. Roberto was specifically very attentive to any requests. I would recommend reservations at the restaurants as they say you don't need one, but then you end up waiting for sometimes 30-45min for a seat at peak times. We had a Swim Up Pool Room which was nice as the vibe at the Main Pools is very busy with lots of Kids and the vibe at the Adult Pool is a bit much when the "Young Adults" get drinking to much. Hotel could use some updates as looking pretty dated, but room was clean. Food was pretty good at the restaurants....buffet as usual at All Inclusives was meh. Overall good resort for the price. Nicer ones on this stretch, but much more expensive.

The staff was especially helpful and friendly. Brissa, Gabriel and Roberto at the concierge desks were awesome, as well as all the wait staff. Aquilas in transportation. All were kind and accommodating. They made our time very enjoyable.
