"The food is horrible, in the buffet and the restaurants. In order to get our room cleaned we had to ask the butler and then he would send someone. We had the “VIP package” and this gave us access to the adult only pool which was dirty throughout our entire stay it had like a yellow oil dirt on the ..."

"Property was clean and staff was very helpful too but, but we had a language barrier between English and Spanish. Few of them were able to understand English. Thst was the only drawback we faced. Overall ot was a decent and relaxing experience there."
