The property is in bad shape. The inside needs a remodel or something. The maid service doesn't speak English, I wanted to show them the toilet that was absolutely disgusting (you can tell it hasn't been properly cleaned in months). They just smiled and nodded. Will never stay here again.

The lock on the outside door was broken so anyone could come into the hotel if they wanted to. Our latch lock on the door was also broken so there was not sense of security. The hotel was pretty old and dirty in general and there were little flies in our room near our sink. The continental breakfast was alright though.

Its ok for a short stay.
The lobby smells old as soon as you walk in. The room was fine. The breakfast was not so good. Pre cooked sausage pattys, instant eggs. Poured a cup of coffee and got a ton of grounds in my cup. It was a brand new pot. The people were all very nice and accommodating. The parking lot is very tight. The tub drain in room 212 needs cleaned. Full of hair.

Unsafe, unprofessional and unfriendly
Will never stay here again! Front desk is the most unprofessional unfriendly people I've EVER encountered. Felt unsafe as we were on first floor and there's a homeless guy (the Matinance man) living 30ft from our window in the woods and windows do not lock. The hotel broke all the latches off to prevent people from locking the window . We ended up leaving and paying a few extra bucks to stay at the neighboring hotel
